On our Journey with Jesus, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, We are also on a journey to lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and run with endurance the race that is set before us,looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

I don't think the problem of anger management is "Christian worker specific" but granted the effects are quite unique in your situation.
I do think managing anger is a process. One of the ways I handle is to shut up when I am angry- go for a walk perhaps. I can say a lot of nasty things when I am angry- things I would regret later.
Secondly, manage anger by opening up. Be heard. I do think this is a three way traffic. Say to yourself, people around you (Wife/ collegues) and finally God himself.
Some Christians think Anger is a bad emotion. I don't think so. I don't think God thinks Anger is bad either. So embrace it. Channel it to the cause of justice. Quite rightly what you do with anger is imperative. Let's not forget that some of the most influential men and woman in history were angry people in certain points in their lives. Example; erm... Jesus
